Hello there readers, Today in room 11 we have been seeing how much fat in food and suger and sodium.Our teacher got us some food to cheak. After we got a buddy and did it together. and there is a way a colours. Green is good yellow kinda ok and red is not ok. After that we got a photo of it.

A lot of the food we buy today has HEAPS of sugars in it.
What surprising me is when the label has 4 health stars but the sugar content is high.
Even natural foods can be high in sugars.
What is your favourite sweet to eat?.
I like eating Bounty Bars.They are coconut filled,with a chocolate coating.
